ERIC WILBORN
During law school, Eric worked as a law clerk for Dolan Griggs LLP, an employment law and civil rights law firm in Portland. Upon graduation, he became an associate attorney at Dolan Griggs, emphasizing race discrimination and sexual harassment in lawsuits by employees against their employers. While working on discrimination and harassment cases Eric gained invaluable experience learning the intricacies of litigation practice in both federal and state court and was successful in defending his clients’ rights to be free from discrimination and harassment in the workplace.
After working at Dolan Griggs for three years, Eric joined the firm of Walsh and Associates in January of 2006 to represent persons injured due to the negligence of others. Eric has found that protecting the rights of injured people against large insurance carriers to be particularly rewarding because it involves the classic "David v. Goliath" scenario. Eric takes pride in his role as an advocate for the rights of injured persons against insurance companies and has an excellent record of protecting those rights and obtaining full and fair compensation for his clients.
As an attorney at Walsh & Associates, Eric's goal is to provide his clients with attentive, personalized representation. He is available to respond to client questions or concerns and will always return client phone calls in a prompt manner. He works tirelessly to achieve the best possible resolution for each client that he has the privilege of representing.
