RICHARD M. WALSH
Attorney

Rich has been very active in the Keizer community.  He has been serving on the Keizer City Council since 2000.  He is an active volunteer with the Boy Scouts of America and has served on the St. Edwards Parrish Administrative Council since 2000.  He initiated and was the chairman of the task force that helped to create and obtain funding for Keizer Rapids Park, a 120 acre riverfront park in Keizer.  Rich was the Keizer City Council President from 2005-2009 and served on many city and regional committees.   He was awarded the Gwen VondenBosch Regional Leadership Award by the Mid Willamette Valley Council of Governments in recognition of the outstanding leadership in support of regional, intergovernmental cooperation.  In 2008 Rich was presented with the Department of Interior's Cooperative Conservation Award by Secretary of the Interior Kirk Kempthorne in Washington DC.  For his volunteer work, Rich has given speeches and presentations to the Department of Interior (Vancouver and Washington DC), Oregon State Parks, Keizer (and numerous committees), the City of Salem, and numerous other organizations.

ERIC M. WILBORN

Eric has volunteered for various political and social causes.  He traveled to Broward County Florida in 2004 to serve as an Election Protection Poll Monitor, ensuring voting rights for all citizens.  He also has served as a mentor for I Have a Dream Foundation.
